Why I became a chiropractor
I’ve personally been a chiropractic patient since I was a kid. It has helped me countless times whether it was for sports injuries, day to day stresses or illnesses. I always found it amazing how great my body felt post treatment, physically and mentally.
What makes me different
I did extensive training with extremity adjusting so I have a lot of experience with adjusting joints other than the spine. I also have experience with rehab and knowledge of good exercises to complement our chiropractic adjustments.
What an adjustment feels like
We find joints that are not moving as they should, and we put a precise high velocity but low force directional push through the joint to help restore proper motion to the joint.
Outside the office
I grew up in rural south-central WI. I now live in Muskego with my wife, our son and dog. I look forward to serving the people of Muskego, a place I intend to plant roots down. We love this area and enjoy all things outdoors.
Where I focus
Every doctor at Chiropractic Company is trained to care for the full range of spinal and musculoskeletal conditions. What differs between us is the additional training we’ve done and the patients we’ve spent the most time with.
Experience natural relief from neck pain and stiffness to lower back pain and sciatica nerve pain through personalized chiropractic care designed to get you back to living without discomfort.
From the low back pain of daily lifting to neck pain and stiffness and knee pain caused by demanding work, chiropractic care supports trades and laborers in staying active, pain-free and productive.
Whether it’s a sports injury, neck pain, and stiffness from training, or lingering headaches, our chiropractic treatments help young athletes feel better, move better and stay in the game.
Conditions I treat
Like every doctor at our Muskego office, I care for the full range of conditions below.
How I work
Muskego patients are made up of active adults, senior adults, and young adolescents. We treat a lot of conditions but mostly neck and upper back pain, low back and hip pain and sciatica pain. We get our patients out of pain by helping them move better so they feel confident on the job and performing daily activities.
Diversified
A versatile technique that gets results for a wide variety of patients
Gonstead
A precise technique that is more analytical to address specific segments
Thompson drop-table
Low-force technique that lets gravity and the table do the work
Activator / instrument
A small handheld instrument delivers a controlled, low-force impulse to a specific spot. No twisting, no popping sound.
Extremity adjusting
Adjusting joints outside the spine — shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles and feet. Often what a spine-only approach misses.
Motion palpation
Feeling how each joint moves through its range rather than assessing it at rest. This is how a restricted segment gets found — often not where the pain is.
X-ray analysis
On-site imaging when it will change the plan. Used to rule things out as much as to confirm them.
Movement screening
Watching how you move through a set of positions to find the limitation driving the complaint.
Digital foot scan
A pressure scan of both feet, showing how weight distributes and where the arch is collapsing.
Active Release Technique
Pressure held on a muscle while it is taken through its range, to free adhesions that have built up between tissue layers.
Also uses Trigger point therapy, Kinesiology taping, Spinal decompression, Electrical stimulation and Corrective exercise.
You decide what I do
First, I will ask why there is hesitation with adjusting the neck. Second, we find a solution so we can still help in the neck region, using lower force techniques such as Thompson Drop or Activator Methods
When I’ll send you somewhere else
Any red flag on the ortho or neuro exam I’m sending them for imaging and an ortho consult. If the patient is not getting results as expected within the first month, we re-evaluate the patient’s options, which could include a referral to another professional or suggest co-management with another provider - i.e. physical therapy, occupational therapy, acupuncture, dental care
