Your first visit

More in your first visit and the $29 New Patient Special.

Your doctor listens, does an exam, and takes X-rays if needed. Then they explain what they found and talk through options. Treatment begins at visit two. In acute cases, your doctor may decide same-day treatment is appropriate.

Usually not. Your first visit is for listening, a full exam, and X-rays if needed. Treatment begins at visit two. In acute cases, your doctor may decide same-day treatment is appropriate.

Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and a list of your medicines, past injuries, and surgeries. After a car accident or work injury, bring your claim number and any ER or urgent care paperwork.

Eligible new patients can request a first chiropractic visit for $29, including a consultation, an exam, and X-rays if needed. The offer requires requesting an appointment online and a visit within five business days. Medicare and Medicaid patients aren’t eligible. Not available when your visit is billed to auto insurance.

Booking and same-day appointments

More in request an appointment and same-day appointments.

Yes. Your time is confirmed as soon as you book online, and you get a confirmation email right away.

Often, yes. Same-day appointments are available at many of our clinics, depending on the day and each clinic’s hours. Call your nearest clinic or request an appointment online to check today’s openings. Your first visit is for your consultation and exam, and treatment typically begins at your next visit.

No referral is needed. Some insurance plans may require one for full benefits. Our team checks your plan when you verify your insurance and lets you know before your visit.

Insurance and billing

More in insurance, verify your insurance, and payment and billing.

We’re in-network with most insurance companies, including Medicare. See every plan we accept, or verify your insurance and our team will check for you.

Yes. There’s no cost to have our team check your benefits.

Yes. We take all Medicare Advantage and Medicare supplement plans. We also accept Medicare’s approved amount as full payment.

Partly. Medicare Part B covers spinal adjustments by a chiropractor to correct a subluxation. That’s when spinal joints don’t move properly but are still in contact. After the Part B deductible, you pay 20% of the Medicare-approved amount. Verify your insurance and our team will explain your costs.

Often, yes. Care may be covered by your medical payments coverage, the at-fault driver’s insurance, your uninsured motorist coverage, or your health plan. Coverage depends on your policies. Verify your insurance, and our team will help you sort out what applies.

When your claim is accepted, the insurer or self-insured employer pays reasonable and necessary medical care and mileage. Our team bills your workers’ comp claim. Verify your insurance before your visit.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Payment is due at the time of each appointment, unless you’re on a payment plan.

Yes. Ask your clinic about a payment plan and how it works.

Forms

More in new patient forms.

Adults get their forms by email and text right after booking. For a child under 18, download the child forms on our new patient forms page.

Check your email’s junk or spam folder and your text messages. If you still can’t find them, call the clinic where you booked, and we’ll resend them.

Every child needs two forms: the Child Birth History, plus one health history for your child’s age. Fill them out, sign them, and bring them to the first visit. A parent or guardian comes to every visit for patients under 18.

Care and safety

More in your first visit and chiropractic care.

Most people feel little or no pain during an adjustment. Some feel mildly sore afterward, similar to after a workout. Tell your doctor if anything feels uncomfortable, and they’ll adjust their approach.

Mild, temporary soreness, stiffness, or a headache is common after an adjustment, and usually fades within a day. Serious problems are very rare. Your doctor reviews your health history first to choose care that fits you.

No. You choose your care. If you don’t want an adjustment, say so. Gentle joint movement, muscle work, and exercise are other options.

Supplements

More in nutritional supplements and our Marketplace.

We offer Standard Process, NutriDyn, and Nordic Naturals. Patients at all 20+ Chiropractic Company clinics can order them online through our Marketplace.
