Why I became a chiropractor
Unlocking the body’s ability to heal without drugs and surgery is the safest way to heal.
What makes me different
I am the gentlest chiropractor in the county. My patients appreciate my gentle approach to address their needs.
What an adjustment feels like
Gentle mobilization of the spine with the use of instruments chiropractic tables.
Outside the office
I spend most of my time raising my two children Louie(2.5 years old) and Ruthie (4 months old now). You can catch me at the local parks, splash pads, getting some custard Out n Out or pushing a stroller through Milwaukee Zoo. Staying active is always a priority.
Where I focus
Every doctor at Chiropractic Company is trained to care for the full range of spinal and musculoskeletal conditions. What differs between us is the additional training we’ve done and the patients we’ve spent the most time with.
Active retirees spending time at the gym and golf course
Active retirees spending time at the gym and golf course. Over stressing their spine and hips leading to lower back/ hip pain.
Tension headaches from poor posture, spending long hours at the computer.
Over stressing feet, knees, hips and lower back from manual labor.
Conditions I treat
Like every doctor at our Cedarburg office, I care for the full range of conditions below.
How I work
Active older adults and adolescent athletes. For the older adults the most common symptoms are usually a combination of lower back/ hip discomfort, shoulder pain, and foot problems.
Cox flexion-distraction
distraction with Thompson drops- Gentle approach to acute flare ups in geriatric population
Myofascial and trigger point release
quick effective method to release soft tissue tension in athletes
Gait analysis
Everything starts with the feet
Gonstead
A detailed analytical approach that identifies one specific segment rather than adjusting a region. Usually paired with x-ray and palpation findings.
Thompson drop-table
A section of the table drops a short distance as the adjustment is delivered, so less manual force is needed to move the joint.
Extremity adjusting
Adjusting joints outside the spine — shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles and feet. Often what a spine-only approach misses.
Geriatric / modified
Adjustments adapted for reduced bone density, arthritis and limited range of motion. Lower force, different positioning.
X-ray analysis
On-site imaging when it will change the plan. Used to rule things out as much as to confirm them.
Movement screening
Watching how you move through a set of positions to find the limitation driving the complaint.
Digital foot scan
A pressure scan of both feet, showing how weight distributes and where the arch is collapsing.
Also uses Active Release Technique, Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy, Corrective exercise and Home exercise programming.
You decide what I do
After a thorough examination and x-ray analysis I will determine if their symptoms are coming from their neck. If the neck does need to be treated, I will provide a variety of techniques that the patient can choose for relief.
When I’ll send you somewhere else
The typical conditions I refer out for are gastrointestinal, suspected torn ligaments in the knee or shoulder and medications side effects. Referral goes to the appropriate specialist.
